Ravishing Raw’s “One For The Road Joe” Green Juice

vegetarian vegan raw dairy_free gluten_free egg_free nut_free soy_free
  • 2 big hands full of wheatgrass
  • 4 to 6 stalks of white celery
  • A chunk of ginger (1 to 2 inches)
  • A chunk of fresh turmeric (2 inches)
  • 1 fennel
  • 2 apples
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 lemon (with peel if organic)
  • 3 big hands full of leafy green vegetables (kale, swiss chard, collard greens,..)
  • 5 dandelion green leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  1. Process all ingredients through your Omega Juicer.
  2. Enjoy strained or unstrained. Whatever your preference. 
  3. Serves 1 - 2

the best way to grate fresh ginger

Nothing beats a porcelain ginger grater! Just rub the whole ginger piece unpeeled over the grater and you have it ready in literally seconds, Procelain ginger graters are as cheap and chips and so easy to clean. Just place the whole grater under running water and everything runs off. That little piece of kitchen gadget mastery would be in my top ten favourite cooking tools. I have had mine for years and travel everywhere with it. Thankyou Tony!
