The Blender Girl Starts “Go Green Kitchen” blog for Go Green America TV
I am thrilled to be joining Jeff Davis, Melinda Schaefer and Sue Reed, as part of the Go Green America TV team.
Today, I officially launched GGATV's Go Green Kitchen blog, where I will write a weekly column sharing green food ideas and eco lifestyle tips.
I am a passionate eco warrier, so this is going to be so much fun! I get to write about whatever green food issues I want and share it with their wonderful community.
Talk about a labour of love!
I thought it only fitting that I start the new eco food blog with my top tips for How To Go Green With Food. Please check it out and let me know what you think. Please share the post on Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about green issues.
Please support Go Green America TV by joining the green conversation on their Facebook Page or follow then on Twitter @greenamericatv.
Piggy Grunts!
Add Your GruntTess, I have loved your vinegar and baking soda use “go green” contributions. I’ve become a bit obsessed with vinegar at the moment - have discovered it’s the best way to get rid of smells in my laundry so add it to most loads of washing!
Thanks Eira,
If you have underarm stains and smells on durable cotton garments, try putting some vinegar on the areas, leaving for 1/2 hour and then washing as normal. It works a charm!
Awesome, great work! Keep feeding the world with your wealth of information. We need more people like you.
Oh Thankyou! I really appreciate your support and kind comments of encouragement!
My windows were in bad shape yesterday. Living by the sea, they get steamy and salt-encrusted. So I doused them in a good soaking of vinegar and wiped off with newspaper - now they’re shiny and I need my sunnies inside. It all helps!
Hey “green machine”.
Isn’t vinegar the most AMAZING thing to clean windows with?! I just LOVE it!
I didn’t know about this, Tess, this is great! I am passing this on to Debra, she will love that you are doing this!
I am really enjoying reading all of the quick easy tips in the Go Green series. I love the logo with the piggy incorporated.
Are you going to start blogging every week there?
Thanks Michelle.
I will start blogging more regularly next year!
Tess, your eco blogs are changing my life!!!!!! So many wonderful tips here!!!! Your passion is contagious!!! Go BLENDER GIRL!!!!!!!x
