Pineapple Turmeric Popsicles

Makes 8 Popsicles15 MINS
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled
  • 1 (1 inch/2.5cm) piece fresh turmeric
  • 1 medium carrot, washed
  • 1/4 orange-fleshed sweet potato, peeled (optional)

substitutions

  • orange – mandarin, tangelo, grapefruit
  • pineapple – apple, pears
  • turmeric – ginger
  • carrot – butternut squash, pumpkin
  • sweet potato – carrot, butternut squash, pumpkin
  1. Push all ingredients through your juicer.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight to enjoy the next day.
