Vegan Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite decadent smoothies that I enjoy as a treat whenever I need a bit of a lift! I will say right out of the chute that this smoothie is very rich, and is all about the fun! I don't drink this every day of the week. It is a treat. Because I have struggled with candida issues in the past, I really limit my intake of sugar, and following alkaline principles means that I don't eat any fruit. But when I indulge, this is my smoothie of choice.

A Raw Vegan Strawberry and Cream Smoothie.

I don't know about you, but the combination of strawberries and cream never gets old for me! If I had one hour to live, I might just spend it in a vat of strawberries and cashew cream. This smoothie does every delectable mouthful of that dream justice, striking just the right balance to create a taste sensation that is just like a spoonful of strawberries and cream.

As I said, this smoothie is rich and very decadent. Feel free to start with just a couple of dates or no dates if you want a milder flavor. But for my money, it is blensational just as it is. Enjoy! This smoothie will blow your head off. It is that good!
