Well, it is Christmas eve here in Australia! Here's another one of my favourite frozen dessert recipes from the Vitamix Recipe Center. This quick easy vegan pineapple freeze tastes just like instant tropical frozen yoghurt. It is SO easy and SO delicious. The best thing about this recipe, besides the fact that it takes literally under a minute to make, is that is utilizes three simple ingredients: pineapple, lime juice, and tofu. It also contains NO added sugar! You gotta love that :) This frozen treat is creamy and sweet with a slight tang, and stikes a gorgeous balance for a dessert that you don't have to coat-check your colon to enjoy!
