Love how simple this tasty recipe is!  Chopping up veges, throwing them together with rice and a few spices—so do-able!!!  One can always count on Tess to come up with something very manageable for any cook. It is also colorful, creative and healthy!! Well done!

I love simple dishes like these. Now that I am a busy mum I make stuff like this all the time. Next investment, a slow cooker.

I LOVE that. Thankyou for taking the time to leave a lovely comment. The great thing about this recipe is that you can really use any herbs and quick-cook veggies you like. It is fabulous with zucchini and squash. Enjoy :)
