I was only reading lately how great lemons are for cancer and for keeping the body alkaline. Now I can have lemonade and feel the opposite of guilt!!!  Woooo-hoooooooooooo!

I’m so glad I found a recipe with the skins! I was looking for something to do with them and this is delicious.

I didn’t realize you could do whole lemons with the pith - this is fantastic!

Yes!
I will warn you though, this lemonade is different and has a kick!
If you want more traditional lemonade, try mixing 1 cup lemon juice with 1 cup agave and 2 whole lemons with 6 cups of water.
This strikes a nice balance for most people and resembles lemonade they are used to.
This lemonade is more of a gourmet, limoncello lemonade.
