Hi…this drink looks delicious. My question is, do I have to strain this drink? If I didn’t mind the seeds from the strawberries or pulp from the lime…is there another reason to strain?

You really only strain for texture. It is DELICIOUS unstrained, and the way I prefer it too. Enjoy :)

Hi Tess,
Supposedly dietetics are not able to drink juices since it raises their sugar levels too fast.
What I want to know is: Does this hold true for smoothies.
Yes, pulp free fruit juices without the fibre can really spike your sugar levels. High fruit/sugar smoothies can also do the same. I mainly drink alkaline vegetable smoothies. You need to monitor your body and watch out for those kind of reactions.
