Spicy Kale Guacamole

from The Ultimate 7-Day Cleanse

Serves 4 to 615 MINS
  • 4 medium avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup (50g) curly kale leaves (ribs removed), chiffonaded
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (2 cloves, optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground chile powder

  • 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a bowl, mash all of the guacamole ingredients together, and tweak lime juice and salt to taste. Enjoy with veggie sticks, corn chips, or crackers.
